What information do I need to provide to rent from Rock N Roll Rentals?

I’m renting for my organization or business. Can I set up a rental account for my organization?
An individual with a state ID or Drivers License needs to take responsibility for the equipment rented. Your organization or business can pay for the rental (see the next question for details). You are responsible to take care of the rental gear and see to it’s return.
Can I use my organization’s credit card?
Absolutely, the cardholder will need to complete our Credit Card Authorization Form and enroll their card securely in our system.
If the organization is tax exempt, make sure to provide a completed Texas State Tax Exemption form.
Can I put some equipment on Reserve?
Definitely. Submit a Rental Request or Book your Favorite Package in advance.
I am from out of your rental area. Can I still rent from y’all?
Yes. If you live outside of our “Local Rental Area” a deposit based on the value of the gear may be required. We limit rentals from people who are from out of town to 5 days. We do all of our business in Austin, Texas and we do not ship gear!
