With our Weekend Rentals, you can pick up as early as Tuesday the week of your event and return it the following Monday—all for the same price as picking up later in the week.

We encourage early pickup whenever possible. More time with your gear means more confidence when it’s time to put it to work.

What information do I need to provide to rent from Rock N Roll Rentals?

Just a valid photo ID and a credit or debit card for the security hold. If you’re renting for an event, let us know the date, load-in time, and venue so we can build your gear list right.

What equipment can I rent from Rock n Roll Rentals?

Yep — give us a call or stop by and we’ll set up an organization account with your billing info on file, so anyone on your team can pick up gear without starting from scratch every time.

What kind of PA or sound system do I need for my event?

Absolutely, as long as the cardholder is present (or has authorized the charge in writing) at pickup. We just need the name on the card to match the account.

How far in advance should I reserve my rental equipment?

Definitely. Call ahead or use the Reserve button on any gear page to hold what you need for your dates — first come, first served, so earlier is better for busy weekends.

Do you deliver and set up rental equipment in Austin?

We rent to folks well beyond Austin. Reach out with your dates and location and we’ll figure out delivery, pickup, or a shipping option that works.
